How 'Teeth in a Day' works
1. Consultation & Planning

Comprehensive oral examination, X-rays, and 3D scans (CBCT)

Evaluation of bone density and gum health

Discussion of medical history, goals, and treatment options

Creation of a personalized treatment plan and digital surgical guide
2. Extraction
You'll be in the care of leading dental implant expert, Dr Ben White.

Removal of failing or damaged teeth (if present)

Cleaning and preparing the jawbone and gums
-
Sometimes bone reduction or grafting is done (though usually minimal is needed with All-on-4)

Administration of local anaesthesia or sedation
3. Implant Placement

Placement of four titanium implants

Abutments (connectors) attached to implants

A fixed temporary prosthesis (full arch of teeth) secured to implants the same day ("teeth in a day") constructed by our onsite technician
4. Review

Healing phase (osseointegration): 3–6 months for implants to fuse with bone

Adjustments made to temporary teeth if necessary

After healing, impressions are taken for the final prosthesis

Placement of permanent custom-made fixed bridge for long-term function and aesthetics
